Join the Collegium
Joining the Collegium marks formal entry into a high-touch programme of doctoral mentorship and ongoing affiliation with its scholarly community. Membership is designed for candidates seeking serious support through the dissertation process and for those who wish to remain connected to the Collegium beyond the defence as they move into publication, professional advancement, and post-doctoral praxis.

Terms of Engagement
Membership in the Collegium is constituted through a single dues structure that reflects formal admission into its mentoring programme and continuing affiliation with its scholarly community.
Membership Dues
$3,500
This amount represents the full cost of admission to Dissertation Collegium and ongoing affiliation with its scholarly community.
Payment Arrangements
Instalment Arrangements
Members who prefer to remit dues in instalments may elect one of the following arrangements, each of which includes a modest instalment fee.
Those who wish to proceed with membership will receive a formal Membership Proposal. Upon signature, members will be directed to the payment portal to remit dues.
Instalment arrangements are billed automatically on a monthly basis. Once dues have been remitted in full, whether upfront or through an instalment arrangement, membership is fully vested and no further dues are required.
Admission Sequence
Membership Process
Membership ordinarily proceeds by way of Office Hours, during which prospective members’ current work is reviewed and fit with the Collegium is discussed. Prospective members are encouraged to attend a Doctoral Colloquium and to arrange an Office Hour before proceeding with membership.
